If you’re looking for a movie that is sure to make you cry, Lion is it. Lion is tense, dramatic and heartfelt all in one great movie.
If you’re into romantic comedies, you’re going to enjoy this movie starring Amy Adams and Matthew Goode. Anna Brady (Adams), frustrated that her boyfriend has not proposed to her yet after 4 years of dating, travels to Dublin so that she can propose to him on Leap Day (An Irish Tradition where the man who is proposed to has to accept)! Witness the adventures she goes through while in Dublin after she meets Declan (Goode) and recruits him in her attempts to propose to her boyfriend. Laugh and watch love unfold with Leap Year.
V for Vendetta
Action, adventure, and political intrigue are all a part of this dystopian political thriller. Evey Hammond is rescued by a vigilante identifying himself as “V” and thrown into his fight against the government. Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman are incredible as V and Evey respectively, delivering stunning performances in this thrilling adaptation of the comic with the same name.
